CES personnel provided services to the following projects:

The Port of Tampa Bay (PTB) widened Kracker Avenue from Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41) to Phillips Lane, and constructed a new access driveway at the end of the widening project to permit future access to the northern portion of PTB’s newly acquired 115-acre industrial property in Gibsonton, Florida. The project area contains PTB owned lands and Hillsborough County Right-of-Way. PACSCON personnel served as Project Director providing oversight throughout the permitting process through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwest Florida Water Management District, and Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Division.
